Instructions for the Viewer

The architecture of this website was built upon our energy centers and the colors, frequencies, and levels of consciousness they express.

​

Each one invites you to pause, to breathe, to take the time to connect, and to allow it to touch you, so you may understand your own self more deeply.

​

To experience it fully, it is recommended to view it on a laptop or computer, so that you can feel the complete healing energy of each color.

​

Before visiting each photographic series, pause on the opening page that appears before you. Read the text about each energy center, let your gaze sink into the color that accompanies it, listen to the music that activates it, and feel the sensation that is born within you.

​

Whenever you wish, move on to the photographic series and give the photographs time and space to touch you, to awaken memories, to bring questions or answers. You don’t need to understand, only to feel.

​

In each photographic series there is a very beloved song of mine, which you can listen to while viewing it, to immerse yourself even more in my Twice Exceptional world. It is my sensory way of speaking about it instead of writing text.

​

Since I was an embryo in my mother’s womb, I have been listening to music and I cannot live without it. Through it, I cleanse and heal my hypersensitive heart, and I calm or stimulate my hypersensitive nervous system. After all, for many years it was easier for me to speak and express myself through lyrics rather than with my own words.

​

In an era overwhelmed by technology, the internet, social media, the overuse of the mind and intellect, the prevalence of ugliness, negative emotions, and the excessive pursuit of material goods, I consciously choose to speak through the senses — through the heart, through love, through beauty, and through the spiritual values that are so profoundly missing from this inhuman and superficial world we live in.
